Dear Valued Customers.Please could all customers read all of the details correctly shown on this items description including the dispatch and delivery times all clearly advertised on both the description, in the Postage tab to the right of the photo on e bay and in the postage and dispatch tab directly under the photo on E bay, and read the automated e mails you get from E bay after purchase..Within the above noted areas it will clearly state the time you should allow as an OUTSIDE date for you to recieve your item.The size of the item, the fact its shipped from the UK, or wether you have had items delivered from Mars sooner (believe me we have heard all the stories) all have no significance to the facts that your item is hand made to order which takes time or there may be a couple of hundred buyers whom purchased before you did whos items we have to make before yours in the order in which they were purchased!! so please do not after buying wait 48 hours and start chasing the item stating "its needed for the coming weekend" or for a birthday or xmas, or slating our service based upon the fact that no one read the details at point of purchase as no amount of bad manners will speed up a hand making process or make us dig your order out and move it to the front of the queue! Please remember you are not the only customer we have !!!and if you thought we were pushing other buyers in front of you would you be happy ???? Simply note like the thousands of other honest, patient customers we have had that we usually deliver within 5 working days as we work tirelessly to fill all orders as quickly as possible but if you leave your purchase till the last minute then we cannot be blamed as all of this information is clear in the description and the automated e mails you receive from E bay directly the very second you buy the item and then again the very second you pay for it so in effect you are warned 5 times in total so do not blame us afterwards ...So to be certain of receiving your item in time for your need, especially at very high volume of sales times such as Xmas and Remembrance day please make sure you buy your item with 2 weeks to spare before its needed to be completely safe and to give us ample time to fill & manufacture your order if required.PLEASE note we usually get goods to buyers within a week but that is by no means guaranteed so if in doubt ASK first!!If you have not read the details correctly you WILL be directed back to this statement the moment you start chasing.Thank you in advance.
