Double Sided Santa Themed Ornament. Moosup Valley, Rachel Badeau, Etched For Sale

This is a beautiful double sided ornament with a Santa theme. This is part of the incredible line of Mossup Valley Designs that we carry, with the wonderful artist Rachel Badeau. The dimensions of the ornament are 3.28" x 1.61". The SKU is MVD ORN 9.

On this double sided ornament, Christmas designs are prominently featured on both sides. On one side there is closeup of Santa's face while holding a bag of toys design. On the other side of the ornament, a North Pole Design.

Rachel Badeau has been etching and engraving in a variety of media for over thirty years. Her work, characterized by fine line and intricate detail, attempts to touch the hearts and emotions of others. All while reflecting her love of animals, nature and the human spirit.

The resin scrimshaw piece is originally hand etched by Rachel Badeau. We make a mold of the original piece and do an open cast pour of our resin mixture. The pieces are removed from the mold and sanded and inked.

We believe that serving nature is one of the commissions that we as humans have been given here on earth. We wish to lend our resources to those charged with protecting elephants from poaching for their ivory.

On a monthly basis we donate to organizations whose purpose to protect the elephants and other species throughout the planet. We focus our donations on organizations that put the money to good use and have a low overhead. With the majority of incoming funds going back to saving the elephants!
