Very fine Galena crystal with complete crystal faces (not cleaved, like most). This one is the nicest I have had in hand, it has slight stepped faces and a matte grey smooth finish. There is a small patch on one side that has white dolomite crystal on it. The back side of the specimen has an area of cleaving but other than that it near perfect. The label it came with just said Montana as did the other Galena pieces in the collection but no mention of where.This is from a unique private collection that sat untouched for the last 20 years.Excellent collection specimen.From Montana.
