Mark Hewitt, of Pittsboro, NC, is one of the masters of wood-fired masterpieces and his pieces are highly collected. Mark has worked with a number of apprentices who have become renowned in their own right since their time working with Mark. One of these ceramists is Daniel Johnston, who now has is own studio in Seagrove, NC.
Daniel apprenticed with Mark between 1997 and 2001.
Condition: The urn is in excellent condition; however, the lid has a crack that has been repaired and has 3 chips. Please review photos and the video as part of the condition report.Measures 6.5\" high and 5.25\" wide. Weighs 1.4 lbs.
