Classic #3 Barbie from 1960. Blonde Version with ponytail.
She has brown eyeliner. Her legs have faded to ivory, which is common.
Her lips, once red, havefaded to an orange-ish tone.
She came to me dressed in Enchanted Evening, the dress is stained.
She was also wearing the white gloves from the fashion. The gloves had obviously been on for a very long time.
They were very delicately pried off and revealed gorgeous hands.
Her shoes were the same, the pink shoes have left stains across her feet but her toes are beautiful.
Her limbs and head are very tight, no swinging.I will include the White Barbie stand too.
She has been in Florida so I am sure at some point she was stored in the heat.
I know the original owner and Barbie has never been re-touched, painted, de-greened or anything else. She is all original. It was her childhood doll.The stains on the dress obviously correlate to the stains on her back. The bodice of the dress is badly stained and I can only speculate that whatever caused
the stains on the dress would be the cause of the coloring on Barbie\'s upper body and shoulder area.
There are 30 close up, detailed pictures below that describe her better than I can.
Many of the flaws are not as obvious to the naked eye as they are in these pictures.
