This is an older model of Pearl\'s djembe stand. The bottom of the drum is clamped into place the the top is secured with an adjustable strap. The three legs are height-adjustable to set the height and angle of the drum. Each leg has a hoop through which a strap runs, which limits how much the legs can spread.
The stand is missing one of the two straps. Any adjustable strap that is narrow enough could replace it. Or, if you will not need to quickly adjust the spacing of the legs, you could replace the bottom strap with a permanently tied cord.
There is a protective foam strip where the top of the drum shell touches the stand. This foam strip is missing. It could be replaced by any peel-and-stick pad for furniture or insulation strip.
The adjustable third leg is misaligned so that only one foot touches the ground. This is more of an aesthetic problem than a functional one. Other images I find of the stand seem to show the same thing, so this may be a design issue.
In summary, this isn\'t the latest and greatest djembe stand, but with a few quick fixes it can be an affordable and reliable option.
