This is a lovely full set of postcards from the Bamforth Life Model Series, made in the UK around 1904. These undivided back postcards appear to be real photo cards, and feature a little orphan girl who seems to be seeking help from the church on a cold and stormy night. But sadly, she is left behind and goes to her mother\'s grave where an Angel comes to take her home. Ora Pro Nobis (Pray for us). The words are by Hopwood & Crew in London, and the cards are numbered 1-4. All are addressed to someone named Minnie in New York. Enjoy -All four postcards are unposted but have writing on the back, and initials written on the front.
