Returns:

• If you received an item that was defective, please send us a message.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and/or in the same condition as shown (Images) on when you purchased it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable and if unopened it must remain that way.**
• All returns must be pre-approved by our RMA Department (Return Merchandise Authorization).
• Once your request has been received, you will be contacted within 48hrs with an instruction for sending back the item(s).
• If the item is altered by the buyer in any way or the original labels have been removed a fee might be applied or the returned might be denied.
• All return shipping fees are on the buyer and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
• All returns or replacement items must be shipped back in their original shipping package/box or equivalent.
