Rolf Armstrong Vintage June 1928 Cover Illustration Print The Shrine Magazine For Sale

Featured is a June 1928The Shrine Magazinecover illustration by Rolf Armstrong. Rolf Armstrong (1889-1960) was one of America's finest creators of pin-up art. In 1960 the New York Times described him as "the creator of the calendar girl."

The Shrine Magazinewas a fraternal publication that was distributed to members from 1926–1928. It featured fictional stories that appealed to both Nobles and ladies, temple activity reports, general interest stories and ads for Shriner memorabilia.

The June 1928 cover is 8.5" x 11.5" in overall size and is in very good condition. There is some wear on the left edge from being removed from the magazine.
