Round Chinese Butterfly Paperweight Red 1930’s Butterfly On Bed Of Millefiori For Sale

This unique paperweight (2-1/2”diameter) features a beautiful butterfly design resting on a bed of colorful millefiori. Made in China during the 1930s using traditional lampwork techniques, this handmade piece is a must-have for collectors of decorative items. The glass material adds a touch of elegance to any room and the red color of the butterfly makes it a standout piece.

In good preowned condition. As with many vintage items there are signs of having been used. I couldn’t photograph it but there are scuffs not visible to the naked eye. If one runs their fingernails over the piece. You can feel some scuffs.

On the bottom there is a duvet that was made during the making of the piece.
