Here is a vintage Singer model 29 3 treadle operated leather shoe repair sewing machine. These are also called patcher sewing machines. There is a lot of information on line about them. This one comes with a treadle base but one leg of the base is broker. See pictures. The machine turns over by hand easily. I don\'t know a lot about these sewing machines so feel free to ask questions. This came out of an old cobblers shop in the city. I have other related machines listed.
