Description: Theater is in good condition, minor paint wear and it looks like the light up theater sign has been mended. POWER CORD NOT INCLUDED. I used an extra one I had on hand to show the flashing theater and marquee lights but It will need a generic AC cord to function. Normal lightbulb is included so the ticket booth and other windows are illuminated.
