Swedish Model 1867 cavalry trooper sword in very nice condition with unit markings and scabbard. This is very large sword, weighing 2 lbs 7 ozs with a 35.75- inch fullered spear point blade. Blade solid in hilt though brass guard has some lateral movement. Bright unsharpened blade in very nice condition with a couple of nicks in it. Beautiful brass guard with xxx-d out earlier unit markings. Grip has ~60% of leather but leather is dry. Scabbard in very nice condition. Sword and scabbard have identical unit markings - regiment/squadron/rack number.
