VERY Rare Antique Davenports Hand Painted Wooden Fan "Character Vainshes" Magic For Sale

Very Rare Antique Davenports Magic wooden hand painted Disappearing character Fan.

These very rarely come up for sale as many haven't survived.  For its age, it's in amazing condition.

Gorgeous hand painted fan from Davenports Magic.

Show the hand painted character on the fan . Close the fan them when you open it, and he has vanished.

This is a gorgeous antique prop.

It does have a little damage but is very easy to repair.

One of the sections has broken away from the pivet point. Removing this section it would make no difference to the workings of the prop, and once removed, you'd never know it was there.

I could have done this myself but will leave it up to the buyer to either repair or remove it.

There are a couple of splits in the wood .

Again, this is very easy to repair with some wood glue.

There are no instructions for this, but I can explain how it works if needed to the buyer.

This is a reluctant sale and is from my own personal collection.
