In overall very good condition with some minor wear and marks in places. There are some small marks on the inside but all pouches are I stretched. Missing the original interior 3 ring paper holder. Any replacement could work. *note: first few pictures, the binder is filled with a few bubble mailers to show how it would look when fully loaded with whatever goodies or trinkets or keepsakes your heart desires..
