Vintage 1970’s-80’s Haitian Folk Art. Unique, hand crafted metal sculpture was cut from an old Metal Oil Drum. Hand-painted In bright, beautiful colors this Primitive Sculpture features dimensional Tree of Life design with 2 Birds. One-of-a-Kind Souvenir of Caribbean, sculpture has been stored indoors, only. Unsigned.

Provenance: purchased while traveling, by Seller/Original Owner, at an Island straw market, in the early 1980s.

Note: Artwork shows some minor spots and dings, like a scratch on the wing of bird on left. There’s a patina of rust and paint drippings on back of sculpture. See photos as best description. Otherwise item is in very good vintage condition.
