Vintage Doris Day Dream Chest Vanity Set by Crosby in Orginal Red Velvet Case
Very nice vanity set. Comes in original velvet case. This item borderlines new - many of the different items in this vanity set are still sealed. The mirrors have been opened, and I don't know if it's the original plastic they're in. The compartment to the top left since more or less fully sealed - I don't want to fiddle too much with it but that's my impression. The velvet on the case has a little wear (see separate photo), and it does not latch properly. Also has a crack on the plastic (see photo), and what looks like remains of a price tag (see photo).
From what I know this set is complete, and contains:
Bottom:- Perfume Bottle- Two mirrors in two different sizes (to lock from the back)- Make Up container (I presume)
Top:- Comb in sleeve- For the compartment to the top left, please see separate photo. It's a mix of manicure items such as nail clippers and nail files etc, as well as a mirror, comb, whatnot.
Bottom section measures 18 1/2" wide for reference, and 11" in the other direction. Weighs 5 pounds.
Since I don't know if this is a complete set or not (please verify before buying), I have to set this to a sold as is/no returns/no guarantees listing. It appears to me that everything's included, but you never know. Please find information online before buying.
