Vintage Genuine Norlund Double Bit Axe 8.5\" Head 27\" Length Original Handle
--- Head is just under 8.5\" (a little over 8-3/8\"), I measure one edge at 4.5\" and the other at 4-3/8\". Measures 27\" long as measured from the top center to bottom of handle. Handle is not cracked or repaired. Head has a little play on handle (the head seats in place but you can wiggle/work the head up to around 1/8\" although I was able to get it up to 1/4\", so when it is seated you can wiggle either end of the head and work the head up). The head has rust with pitting, scratches, etc (I didn\'t try to clean the head other than wiping off surface dust). It looks like the head originally had a green finish.
