Vintage Japan Pheasant Bird Nodder Salt Pepper Shakers with Condiment Jar
Japanese mark: A laurel wreath with a clover in the middle and "Japan" written underneath. (nippon yoko boeki)These novelty salt and pepper nodders are fromnippon yoko boeki made in Japan. It features two hand painted pheasants that fit into the holes on top of the base. The pheasants have flanges on each side allowing them to bob back and forth. Cork stopper missing on one. This set is in very good vintage condition.
