Vintage Katharine Pyle First Edition The Christmas Angel 1889 For Sale

This hardcover by Katharine Pyle is in very good condition. I am no book expert by no means. There are no tears on the binding. Looks to be very light pencil marks on the inside front cover and the page that follows. The remaining issues are as follows:1. The photograph/illustration is completely separated in-between pages 12 & 13.2. The photograph/illustration is completely separated in-between pages 44 & 45.3. The photograph/illustration is partially separated in-between pages 102 & 103.4. Page number 65 has about a 2” tear.The photos clearly show no. 1, 2 & 4.With the exception of no. 4 it is obvious that the photo pages have natural issues. The pages that are separated are glossy, appear to be a photograph, not an illustration, and there is no writing on the back of these pages. Other than these issues the book is very clean with no ink marks or any stains on any kind. Also, the pages turn nicely and they are attached to the binding nicely. The publisher is Little Brown And Co. I have had this book for about a dozen years. I simply cannot find a single other copy of this and I have made an assiduous effort. Also, I have been told that this book may be the only book that Katharine herself did all of the writing and illustrations. The book measures 7 5/8” x 5 1/4” and has 136 pages.
