Vintage Northwest Coast Button Blanket - Haida - Tlingit For Sale

Here is a very interesting Northwest Coast Indian button blanket with hundreds of cut ocean pearl buttons that make out the design. The blanket is a 1930\'s Veteran Administration blanket, which I\'m assuming was made in 1930.  This blanket came out of a local greater Seattle estate and was folded up in a box with moth balls (I\'m airing it out now).  There are a couple stains on the blanket, the edges are fraying and some of the blue felt needs to be tacket back down.  All appears to be hand made with old shell buttons.  I\'m not an expert in Northwest Coast items, but it appears this is probably from the 1930-40\'s.
