Vintage Portrait of Beautiful young girl- cardboard fold stand up frame For Sale

This is a beautiful picture of a young lady. I was thinking a religious celebration of some kind? Looks too old for 1st communion, but who knows. I took a lot of pictures so you can see all the angles.
Picture was located at an estate sale. Not sure of the name of the young woman in the picture, but it was taken at a Saginaw, MI studio.Please see pictures for more item condition and information about the item. There seems to be a spot in the upper left hand corner area when looking at the picture. This is a very old picture. Thank you
