VintageH.O. LENZ Reel from Seattle Mooching or Fly Type Reel
Offeredis a vintage &Rare H.O. LENZ Reel from Seattle. This reel looks like it was hardly used, if at all.There is little information on the H.O. Lenz reel only that it was pat'd prior to the mid 1950's. This reel looks like aMooching or Fly Type Reel. It measures approx.4 3/4"inches across. The knurled part of the handle is the drag and it works great by twisting it. It turns very smooth and has a verylight clicker sound to it. It looks to be made of Bakelite or something similar. The spool looks to be aluminum or metal of some sort. This is truley a work of art. This would be a nice reel for anyone's collection. Before I listed this reel I found out that H.O. Lenz was a Northwest Reel maker from Seattle and that thesearevery collectible.See the picturesas they are part of the description.
