A rare find but he's not in the best of condition, hoping someone can restore him and give him a Merry Christmas this year!

The car is foam, covered in flocking, his head is rubber, his hat collar & arms are felt. The wrapped package is flocked striped. See detailed photos showing missing accent details on wheels, damaged flocking on front end, and broken pick stake. Japan sticker attached.
