Up for sale is a pre-WWI Era French Army Mle 1892 Mannlicher Berthier Rifle Bayonet with Scabbard. The serial numbers on the blade and scabbard do not match. The blade bright, it has some minor finish wear and some small areas of discoloration. The blade has the recess on the front of the back of the blade, see photo. The handles are in very nice condition, some minor scratches and handling marks. There is a crack in right handle panel, see photo. The release button functions properly. The scabbard is in Very Nice Condition. Blue finish with only very minor wear. Some minor spots of surface pitting, one small dent. Just normal handling and storage marks. Please see photos for condition and details.
