Kaywoodie Super Grain 5113B Author Tobacco Pipe in Outstanding Near Mint Condition.
Chamber has the appearance of only being smoked a handful of times.
Excellent Flame grain covering the majority of the pipe with Bird’s eye on the bowl bottom,
And an absolutely Gorgeous Auburn walnut finish with Golden Highlights.
* A "Super Grain" Deserving of it's Title. *
Vulcanite stem is Jet black with Zero chatter,
And sports the Large white Shamrock inlay,
(Which is indicative to an early 1930s Super Grain.
The 4 digit model number as well as the "Drinkless" embossed Stinger, is also indicative of a pre 1938 Kaywoodie.) See Photos.
The 4-hole Drinkless Stinger is fully intact.
When threaded on the stem lines up perfectly horizontal.
