I will be listing some very neat mostly early to mid 1930\'s to 40\'s history in the form of BOBTAIL matchcovers. A BOBTAIL is a matchcover with the striker cut or torn off. Most of these businesses are long gone!
Here is a Vintage 1930\'s Maybrook\'s Men\'s Wear Hart-Schaffner & Marx Madison at Western Chicago, IL BOBTAIL(Striker removed) Matchcover. *** All have some type of wear and some may have been removed from a scrapbook with residue on the back, but overall they are still in quite good collectible condition as pictured. ***
Note: All matchbooks will be shipped in a 3 x 3 x 3 cardboard box with a tracking# and all matchcovers will be shipped in a #000 envelope with cardboard re-inforcement, also with a tracking# to protect them in shipping!
