Antique 1863 Civil War era certificate issued by the Commanding Officer of the Regiment of Missing Volunteers for Edward E. Collins who was killed in 1863 during a night assault on Fort Wagner. The soldiers photo is in the bottom right corner and it also comes with some information on the soldier shown in pics. Piece has been framed for a very long time. Frame measures 20.5"x 16.75".
