Antique Double Sided Perfume (?) Pendant Enamel & Painting 1” Silver With Brass For Sale

This is a gorgeous antique piece. 1 inch wide with some dimension to the sides. It has a painting on one side, which could be a print but maybe handpainted. I’m not positive. It is of a woman and a man. The sides are engraved into silver. The other side has a rich cobalt blue enamel With two silver stars, one gold star and three gold stars missing. There is clearly some wear on the enamel. The cap which is also the pendant bale is a screw and is brass. I have taken a picture of the opening to show you that it is quite small and I’m not sure therefore that it is actually a perfume bottle or just a brass cap screw in order to keep it secure because it’s heavy.
