We are currently offering  for sale this antique/ vtg elegant ornate hand painted Chinese rose medallion porcelain plate.  It is expertly painted with vibrant colors and is in excellent condition. It is signed and marked "A.C.F." "Decorated Hong Kong." The painting and porcelain in excellent condition.    It measures approximately 10" inches in diameter.  It is ready to use add to your collection or gift wrap.
