Mid-Late 19th Century German Hunting Cutlass Sword. For Sale

Mid-Late 19th Century German Hunting Cutlass Sword. This cutlass is full double etched with floral and hunting equipment. The detail is very good. At the bottom of scroll work is the word "Solingen" with no maker's mark. The blade spine has "bean stalk" pattern. The blade tip is slightly blunted but the blade edge have no dings or nicks. The brass handle and crossguard have great look and feel in your hands. It appears to be handle and crossguard appear to be one piece because we no seams. The overall condition is very good to excellent for the time period. Blade is 20.5" and cutlass is 26" overall. This is a real beauty.
