You get one dual pocket pigskin leather ammo pouch, one dual compartment oil bottle, one disassembly/firing pin protrusion measurement tool, and various small cleaning rod accessories with their storage pouch. Condition on everything is surplus, but new old stock. Expect cosmoline on the oil bottle and all the metal tools. The Soviets loved their cosmoline, and these are definitely coated. On the other hand, that ensures the metal is in excellent shape. The pigskin ammo pouches are likewise in excellent shape, showing at the worst only minor shelf wear after decades in bulk storage. These are Cold War era manufacture, and would be proper to pair with any post-war refurbed Mosin Nagant rifle.
