This is a New Condition Ultra Rare (This is the ONLY one for sale in the World at time of first listing) ISS-2A.1 Official NASA Special Patch Sticker for this Equipment Mission. That is why the names of the Astronauts and Cosmonaut are not on the sticker. Also, we know that this was a NASA sticker because it is all in English. You know this was a Special issue because there is no printing on the back as with almost all other ISS & STS missions. Here is the NASA press release on this mission:

Dr. Flores appears to have been NASA's Doctor in Residence at Baikonur for 20 years, assessing the health of American Astronauts and others pre and post space mission while he resided at Baikonur Cosmodrome. Unfortunately, 2012 postal regulations foroffer insurance on certain types of postal shipping services to various countries. Also, unfortunately, I now usually only find out whether an item can be insured when I go to make out the shipping label. If insurance is incredibly important to you, email me before offerding and I will try to see if the least expensive shipping service can be insured. An example of the international differences is that at this time, Canada apparently foroffers insurance on all postal service levels except Express Mail Parcels.
