You are looking at a super cool and rare cover printing error comic book. This is a 1991 Late Aug #53 issue of The Silver Surfer. Issue is in great condition (see pics and video for details). The smear/printing error is the on the cover. The ink looks like it was smeared by one of the rollers in production and got past quality control.All Cards, Coins, Comics and Collectables that you see pics (or Video) of the item out of their protection are all handled with extra care.
