This is the professional high end quality Chef's knife produced from France using a fully forged process ( blade, bolster, and tang are forged from a single piece of steel ), a hand shaping and sharpening process using local skilled labour.

This knife has the blade fully forged by hand from the fine carbon steel designed to take a finer edge and hold it longer providing sharp cutting satisfaction. The handle is triple riveted over the full tang to sure fitting for durability, strength, and balance. In good vintage condition, please see photos for details.
