This is a large vintage carnival roulette or gaming wheel circa 1940s-50s. There is some wear to the outside red paint (see pictures) The front numbers are in excellent condition. The mounting board seems to have been painted more recently in a silver. Has additional metal flapper piece if you need to replace it.
