Up for sale is a very nice quality antique JapaneseImaripottery tobacco/biscuit jar.The jar has a very detailed hand painted traditional Imari floral design withembossedcross hatching.It is mounted with a nickel platedcollar, a finial topped removable lid, and an ornate pivoting handle.in nice antique condition, has acquired a lovelypatinafrom age, and measures 7 1/2 inches wide by 6 1/2 inches tall without measuring handle.It has some surface/glaze cracks on the bottom that do not hurt the integrity of the piece.
