Scarce Buncheong Brushed-Slip Pottery Clay Ceramic Bowl 4”D For Sale

We are delighted to offer this rare and very clean Korean Buncheong ware bowl. The wide bowl rises from the raised ring foot and is brushed both on the interior and exterior with a thin application of white slip and thicker swatches of white slip, which gives it an abstract pattern. The whole vessel, save the foot rim, is covered with a glossy clear glaze. This beautifully potted piece measures approximately 3” high x 4” diameter. It is gently used and is signed on the base.
